3. How do I get started with UniCatchers? Getting started is easy! You can book a free 15-min intro session or directly reach out to us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Counselling is optional — if you're ready, just pick a plan, make the payment, and we’ll start working on your admission journey!

4. What type of courses and countries do you assist with? We assist students with Medicine and Non-Medicine courses in various countries. To get detailed information, we recommend booking a free session with our expert.

5. What are the steps involved in the admission process? The process usually includes: University and course selection Documents Review Application submission Post-application support Our team will guide you through each step as per your selected plan.

6. How can I book a free counseling session? You can book your free 15-minute session via our "Free Counseling" page on the website. Fill out a short form and pick a time slot that suits you.

7. What is included in the free 15-minute counseling session? The session helps us understand your profile and study goals, explain our services, and guide you on selecting the right plan. Please note, detailed university or course recommendations are part of our paid plans.

8. What kind of support do you provide for university applications? 9. Do you help with choosing the right university and course? Yes, based on your profile and preferences, we suggest suitable universities and courses. The number of recommendations depends on the plan you enroll in.

10. What documents do I need to start my application process? Key documents include academic transcripts, passport copy, SOP/Motivation letter, recommendation letters, and resume. You’ll receive a customized checklist once you sign up.

11. What kind of entrance exam guidance do you provide? We provide basic information and available sample materials for entrance exams (if applicable). However, we do not offer coaching or preparation classes.

12. Do you guarantee admission to any university? No, admission decisions are solely made by universities. Our goal is to ensure your application is professionally prepared to maximize your chances of success.

13. Can I apply to multiple universities through UniCatchers? Absolutely! Each plan includes a set number of university applications. Additional applications can be added for an extra fee.

14. Do you assist with scholarships and financial aid? We can guide you about available scholarships and how to apply, but we do not directly apply for scholarships on behalf of students.

15. How do I know which plan/package is right for me? During the free counseling session , our expert will recommend the most suitable plan based on your academic profile and study goals.

16. What happens after I receive my offer letter from the university? Once you receive an offer letter, we guide you through acceptance steps and other formalities. Some plans also include exclusive WhatsApp groups to connect with fellow students.

17. Do you help with visa applications? We offer general guidance on the visa process, but we do not file visas or guarantee visa approval.

18. What payment methods do you accept? Currently, we accept only bank transfers. More payment options will be available soon.

19. Are your services available to students outside India? Yes! UniCatchers supports students globally, including those in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia , Kuwait , Egypt and other countries.

20. What if I have questions after enrolling in a plan? You will get access to WhatsApp and email support, and in higher-tier plans, phone support and additional counseling sessions.
