Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a free 15-minute counselling session with UniCatchers! To ensure a smooth experience for both students and our team, please read the following important guidelines: ✅ What to Expect This free session is an introductory call designed to understand your study abroad goals and provide basic guidance. Please note that detailed university shortlisting, eligibility assessment, and application strategies are part of our paid counselling services. Our expert will give you a brief overview and answer general queries related to studying abroad, courses, and admissions. 🔔 Booking Confirmation Once you submit the counselling form, our team will review your details and get in touch via email or WhatsApp to schedule your session. Please ensure that you provide correct and active contact details. ❌ Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend the session, we request that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to inform us or missing the session without notice may make you ineligible to rebook a free counselling session. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule your session once, provided you inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email or WhatsApp message you received from our team. 📲 Session Mode and Conduct The session may be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom depending on your preference. Please ensure you are in a quiet environment with stable internet/phone connectivity during the session.
